Our Pet Policy

We also enforce a considerate pet policy to keep your pets happy and healthy. We ask that dogs be kept on a leash when entering or exiting your apartment, as well as throughout the grounds. It is also important for all pets to be registered with the office because only authorized pets with the owner’s approval are allowed on the premises. Pets may not exceed 50 pounds.

We also recognize the benefits of other animals apart from dogs, which is why cats are allowed. Hamsters, guinea pigs, birds, reptiles, and other small pets are also allowed as long as they are caged and kept in a sanitary condition.
